Account Deletion

Under GDPR, you have a right to data erasure. These erasure requests must be considered on a case by case basis as the data we store and process about you form a core part of your medical health records.

If you would like us to erase some information we hold about you, please contact our Data Protection Officer and we will consider your requests. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be met as we also have legal responsibilities placed upon us which may require us to keep your data, but if the erasure can be performed without detriment to our legal obligations, we will be happy to consider it.

Please note that we may need to keep some of your medical records on file in the interests of establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
